Competitive by nature.

nynach.The win condition.

Mathew Neves. Deadlock carry main, competitive gamer, and esports enthusiast. Built around one obsession: getting better.

A carry main.
A lobby's main concern.

Deadlock is the current obsession. M1 carries are the specialty. Put nynach on Wraith, Haze, or Vindicta and suddenly the other team's positioning becomes a deeply personal problem.

Good mechanics. Unreasonable confidence. The sort of commitment to a craft that turns “one more game” into a lifestyle. Some players want to be part of the play. Nynach wants to be the reason it works.

Wraith
The pressure.
Haze
The problem.
Vindicta
The last thing you see.

Different games. Same appetite.

League of Legends and Overwatch keep the competitive rotation going. Osu! makes the occasional appearance, because apparently aiming at things wasn't enough. Different lobbies, different skill sets, the same need to improve.

I hate losing more
than I love winning.

Winning feels good. Knowing you could have played better stays with you. For nynach, competition is a way to sharpen the craft: learn the matchup, own the mistake, and come back harder to beat.

Become the best version of yourself, then raise the standard. Passion starts it. Practice makes it count. Never settle.

The phrase “it’s just a game” is such a weak mindset. You are ok with what happened, losing, imperfection of a craft. When you stop getting angry after losing, you’ve lost twice. There’s always something to learn, and always room for improvement, never settle.

Ninja A favorite reminder.

The game is bigger
than the player.

Behind the handle is Mathew Neves, a Lambton College graduate with a diploma in Esports Entrepreneurship and Administration. A love of competition became a desire to help build the industry around it.

That background includes esports event operations, sponsorship, livestream production, and tournament planning. The excitement of esports lives in the broadcast, the people backstage, and the community as much as the match itself.

I'm interested in esports opportunities where that passion can do real work. Events, production, partnerships, or helping a great community grow: let's talk.
